Laura J. Atkinson, voted the favorite hairstylist, is an artist at heart. She began her hairstyling career seven years ago. Laura considers herself a Hair Designer, because of her enjoyment of creating multi-tonal creative hair color as well as more traditional and yet classic styles. Laura extends the work of her haircuts by designing color patterns to coincide with the flow and movement of the hair. A hairstyle that will be beautiful, fun, and low effort to maintain is the goal to her designs providing ease to her guests' day.
Laura began her career by training at the nationally recognized Toni & Guy Hairstyling Academy and is constantly looking to further her skills. She relies on her professionalism when pursuing new ideas but always remembers her preliminary guidance. She enjoys spending her time working with others by lending her talents to beginner stylists. As a mentor, Laura's passion inspires those around her to set high standards of excellence.
Laura, with her sister Leah and mother Cindy Atkinson have been co-owner's of Celebrity Spa & Boutique since 2006. The professionals at Celebrity Spa prides themselves in being one of the elite salons in the Brazos Valley and strives to provide excellent customer service while presenting quality work.
