Service Maintenance of the Brazos Valley, Inc., a family owned and operated full-service maintenance company for shopping centers and businesses, was started by husband and wife team Dan and Clare Beltrand in January of 1986. Having been in business for over 23 years, Dan and Clare pride themselves on the professional but personal relationships they have built with their customers.
Service Maintenance provides businesses and shopping centers all over Texas with the following maintenance services: parking lot sweeping, lawn maintenance, parking lot striping, high pressure washing, sign installation and crack filling.
They are proud members of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Brazos Beautiful, the 12th Man Foundation and the Association of Former Students.
