Our Taekwondo Program is a truly well-rounded curriculum. Not only does one learn the hand and foot techniques, we safely train the takedown and ground fighting that has been lost in other styles of Taekwondo.
This incredible program for Tiny Tigers ages 4-6 to adult is developed from a blend of traditional Taekwondo to American Taekwondo. You are welcome to come by to watch or participate.

Please note that a belt ranking system will not be used in this class. Please wear karate pants and a school t-shirt. A list of required equipment can be obtained from the office manager or instructor.
- Kung Fu
Kung fu is a popular term that expresses Chinese martial arts in general. The term "kung fu" in Chinese alludes to any individual accomplishment or cultivated skill obtained by long and hard work. The origins of Kung Fu can be traced over 6,000 years ago to self-defense needs, hunting activities and military training in ancient China. Since then, Chinese martial arts proceeded to incorporate different philosophies and ideas into its practice expanding its purpose from self-defense to health maintenance and finally as a method of self-cultivation.
